UK: Cardiovascular disease - another exciting scientific advance

Smooth muscle cells are created from patients' skin cells.  Cambridge (UK) Scientists have created cells which make up the walls of blood vessels.  This research could lead to new treatments and better screening for cardiovascular disease.
