Bobby Deal

Bobby Deal, Managing Director

Bobby Deal is a visionary who embraces new technologies and new markets.  Throughout his extensive career he has remained passionate about medicine and healthcare not only for human health but also animal health.  His enthusiasm is infectious! 


He is hard working, quick thinking, adaptable and has lots of patience with a good sense of humour and a passion for life and believes it is essential to laugh every day.  Everyone who works with him will have fun along the way.  He has a great sense of humour, getting on well with people from all walks of life and looks forward to facing new challenges every day.


Specifically, his role is business growth and development with the aim of nurturing long-term relationships with all GRS clients offering them robust and, where necessary and appropriate, innovative solutions for the development of their medical products.  If you have a question but you’re not sure who to ask then, please, do not hesitate to have a chat with Bobby because he will be able to find the answer amongst the GRS network of professionals and Subject Matter Experts.

Greer Deal

Greer Deal, Director

A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a member of The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs (TOPRA), Greer has over 25 years’ experience in the life science sector.  Over her career she has gained inside knowledge and experience of the workings of Medical and Regulatory Affairs Departments.  In October 2007, this culminated in helping to implement Bobby Deal’s vision to establish an independent consultancy, Global Regulatory Services (GRS), with a focus on regulatory affairs and quality compliance.  Her experience includes regulatory affairs, medical information, pharmacovigilance, product development, compassionate use programmes and plant derived products.  Greer is frequently asked to speak at seminars on a wide variety of topics and increasingly on the changing regulatory scene for Medical Device companies in Europe. 


Greer’s role in the business is to nurture the GRS community of professionals and Subject Matter Experts and to maintain happy and successful working relationships with all GRS clients.  She is passionate about regulatory affairs being recognised as an asset adding value to a company’s product portfolio and encourages everyone to consider regulatory requirements in the very early stages of a product’s lifecycle.  If you’d like to find out why regulatory requirements are so critical to your company, please don’t hesitate to call, email or get in touch via the GRS web form.
