To support us in achieving our own vision as well as the vision of our clients, GRS has recently appointed 2 new members.

 

Our Operations Manager, Jamie Murray, is an assertive leader, qualified to support small and medium-sized companies. He is a stalwart in business strategy and execution process with 15+ years of experience in upscaling SMEs. The initial part of his career was spent in plastics manufacturing in automotive and baby products, followed by spells in international water purification, property management and supplying the retail and wholesale leisure markets. He has high credentials in company start-up, turnaround & restructures, business integration, systems development and margin improvement. Jamie's logical, analytical thinking helps develop practical solutions for complex operational, financial and commercial issues.

 

GRS would also like to announce the appointment of Suzanne Rose as Executive Assistant to the Directors. After spending 29 years working in several executive administrative support roles within the charity sector, Suzanne joined GRS in June 2022.  Specialising in office and administrative procedures, she brings extensive knowledge and experience in physical and online event planning.  Always looking for new challenges, Suzanne gained her Prince2 qualification during lockdown while working full time and home-schooling. Often used as a tester for rolling out new technology in her previous company, Suzanne has developed a keen interest in researching new technology to assist with day-to-day working practices. Her positive and can-do attitude make her a valuable asset within the Company.

 

As the team expands and grows, GRS's Co-Founder and Director, Greer Deal, said "It’s so exciting to share my experience and knowledge with the new members of the team but the real highlight is that I’m learning so much from them - you really are never too old to learn!"
