GRS News

GRS will be presenting at 13:15 on the subject of Herbal Product Regulations.  Herbals are one of the few products where so many EU regulations could apply: food supplement with claim, medical food, cosmetic, Traditional Herbal Medicines Registration Scheme (THMRS), medical device, medicine etc.  In some cases, clinical trials are required and in others they are not, although safety testing is always a must.

This is very much a borderline subject for the Institute of Clinical Research but the fact that Greer has been asked to present clearly demonstrates the increasing interest in this area of the Life Sciences.
