Asia-Pacific Technology Network (APTN) supported by Global Regulatory Services (GRS) arranged an event entitled: "The China life science experience - fiction vs fact". 

The purpose of this event was to gather together some high profile speakers to share their personal experience of working in China, working with the Chinese, or launching a product or a company in China. There has been so much hype about the opportunities in China that we thought it would be useful to to inject some realism and attendees could get it first hand from people who have 'been there and done it'.

As ever, Fasken Martineau were kind enough to provide the venue and refreshments.

It proved to be a great evening.  Not too much in the way of science (which may have been disappointing to some) but still very informative, most enjoyable and, to be honest, a refreshing change!
