Virgin Health Bank are setting up in Cambridge (UK)

GRS is delighted with the announcement in January 2012 that the Virgin Health Bank (cord blood banking) has established a long term partnership with the Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The aim of the partnership is to accelerate the development and availability of stem cell transplants. It is also hoped that this collaboration will show case how the private and public sector can work together successfully.
Again Cambridge (UK) demonstrates that it is at the centre of innovation.
